In a decision that changed the course of American health care for years to come, the U.S. Supreme Court Thursday morning decided to uphold the individual insurance requirement of the Affordable Care Act.

We'll keep you up to speed on the Supreme Court decision, reactions and responses from both the health care industry and those in the political world, and, of course, what it means for you and your health care.
