              A traditional Portuguese dish of codfish, potatoes, onion, hard cooked egg, parsley and olives.

Ingredients
- 2 cloves of garlic chopped
- 1 small yellow onion chopped
- Olive oil
- 10 ounces dry salt codfish boiled and squeezed dry
- 2 medium red potatoes boiled
- Parsley chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olives chopped
- 1 hardboiled egg chopped
Instructions
- 
        
        In frying pan, sauté the garlic and onions in olive oil until brown.
- 
        
        Add the codfish and boiled potatoes and chopped parsley and cook on low for ten minutes. Remove from heat and add the olives, salt, pepper, and chopped egg.
