- 1/4 cup orange juice
 - 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
 - 1/2 cup blueberries
 - 1/2 of a banana
 - 1 to 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
 
Instructions

        Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
