
Creamy Dreamy Lemon Linguine

Ingredients
- 1.5 pound semolina linguine (linguine fini) good quality bronze cut brand imported from Italy
- 1.5 lb chicken breast
- 2 packaged baby bella mushrooms, sliced
- Mini tri colored bell peppers, sliced
- 2 serrano chilis, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 lemons
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 tbsp sumac
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp coriander
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 3 tbsp lemon pepper
- 1 sp black pepper
- 1 quart half and half
- 2 cups freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano
- 1 package spreadable cheese, garlic and herbs flavor
- 1 large bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 large bunch basil
Instructions

Sauté onion, mushroom, and bell peppers separately in olive oil.

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss in spices.

Add chicken and 6 cloves garlic to hot oil. Sear on all sides for about 5 minutes.

Add chopped veggies to chicken and let cook until tender.

Add serranos and stir.

Then add half-and-half and stir well.

Add parmesan, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix well.

Bring water to boil, add chicken bouillon.

Boil pasta for 6-7 mins. Drain pasta.

Add pasta to sauce. Add torn basil, red pepper flakes, and cilantro.

Mix well and serve. Garnish with parmesan, sumac, basil, and red pepper flakes.
