Nancy L. Fisher is a pediatrician as well as a public health
administrator and professor. She serves as medical director at Regence BlueShield and is a clinical associate of
Pediatrics at the University of Washington. Dr. Fisher serves on the Health and
Human Services Secretary's Advisory Committee on Infant Mortality and the
Planning and Evaluation Committee for Ethical, Legal and Social Implications
for the Human Genome Project. She is also a member of the newly-established
Genomics Advisory Committee for the BlueCross BlueShield Association.
Dr. Fisher is a founding Fellow of the
American College of Medical Genetics and a member of the American Society of
Human Genetics. |
