Harold P. Coxson, Jr., is an attorney with 30 years of
experience in all aspects of workplace law. A principal in Ogletree Deakins
Governmental Affairs, Inc., a subsidiary of the law firm, Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C., Coxson has represented
business clients in oral arguments before the National Labor Relations
Board and other federal agencies. He has also testified before Congress as an
expert witness on various workplace issues, including most recently before
House and Senate committees on the subject of genetic information
discrimination in employment. Coxson is a member of a number of national trade
associations and was appointed to the Employment Issues Committee of the
National Conference of State Legislatures Blue Ribbon Panel on Human Genetic
Technologies.
