Kosho Sudo, a Buddhist sculpture master craftsman from Kyoto, Japan, and students carve a statue of Buddha earlier this week. The Buddha is made of pine from Rikuzentakata, Iwate Prefecture, which was hit by the March 11 earthquake and tsunami.
