Editor’s note: Tonight on the NewsHour, Paul profiles Richard Trumka, the newly elected president of the AFLCIO, the labor federation representing 57 unions and 11.5 million members across the country. Trumka, who was elected in September, hopes to expand and energize organized labor after a decades-long decline.
