According to The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel a 24-hour Express Vending Library is slated to open in the community there in mid-November. The machine’s installation is a result of the collaboration between the Milwaukee Public Library and the Housing Authority, which operates the Westlawn Public Housing Development, as a way to give residents access to library materials without the costs of a brick and mortar library.
