The Taliban’s threat comes as flooding continues to worsen in southern Pakistan and the possibility of waterborne diseases continues to rise. Special correspondent Jeffrey Kaye reports from one of Pakistan’s northern provinces. TRAPPED CHILEAN MINERS| The Chilean miners have been trapped underground for 21 days and reports say they may not get out until Christmas. Tom Clarke of Independent Television News reports on the mental challenges for the men. MENTAL IMPACTS FROM TWO DISASTERS | Health correspondent Betty Ann Bowser examines the psychological impact of two disasters, Katrina and then the oil spill, among Gulf Coast residents. NEW ORLEANS LEVEE SYSTEM | The state of the levee system in New Orleans continues to be a major concern if another storm were to hit.
