Pelosi was supposed to greet Martin on Capitol Hill for the annual “Friends of Ireland Luncheon,” but those events have been reimagined as the Irish leader isolates at Blair House across the street from the White House. Martin will sit out the “Friends of Ireland Luncheon” at the Capitol that President Joe Biden will attend.
