Flanked by opponents-turned-allies, he delivered a speech condemning immigration and attacked his remaining Republican rival, former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley. Live Results: New Hampshire Primary Haley had earlier appeared at a party in Concord, New Hampshire, where she conceded her second place finish and promised to continue to fight for the Republican nomination. Trump framed Haley’s performance as an outright defeat. “She didn’t win. She lost,” Trump said.
