There’s the “Terrorist Identities Datamart Environment” (TIDE), run by the National Counterterrorism Center, which by itself has more than a million names. The FBI also has a list, the “Terrorist Screening Database” and there are many others. Who are the people on these lists? Are they all potential terrorists?
