A PBS NewsHour team is on the ground in Singapore and will have reports both online and on the broadcast this week. The roads are blocked off along the routes Kim and President Trump will travel. There are swarms of reporters at the JW Marriott, where the U.S. press is based. The balconies are stuffed with cameras, reporters and technicians, and the restaurant tables are filled with journalists. The International Press Filing center has more than 3,000 reporters from around the world. But beyond the media swarm, Singapore is a sprawling city, and most seem to hardly notice these two leaders are in town.
