Questions to Ask Your Child
- What makes spring different from winter? How is the weather changing? What do you notice about the grass, trees, and plants?
- How does the changing spring weather affect the animals that live in our neighborhood? What have you observed about birds? What about bugs and insects? Are there any animals that you notice that you did not see in the winter?
- What colors do we find in nature when it is springtime? Where might we find those colors if we went on a walk? How are those colors different from what we see outside in fall or winter?
