Handprint Art Craft
Have fun creating this one-of-a-kind art piece with your child! Use the 'Mommy & Me' or 'Daddy & Me' printable to create a special memento for Mother's Day, Father's Day, or a party on a special occasion.

Directions
Squeeze your washable fingerpaint (about the size of a silver dollar) onto the cardboard palette. Flatten your hand over the top, moving in a circular motion until the entire palm of your hand is covered.
Place your flattened palm onto the blank white space on the 'Mommy & Me' or 'Daddy & Me' printable. Quickly lift off, being careful to hold the edge of the paper down so that you can easily remove your hand without the paper sticking to it.
Allow to dry.
Using a different paint color than the one you used for your hand, repeat Step 2 with your child's hand. Place their handprint directly over the palm of your hand.
Hang the artwork with clothespins along a bright ribbon or string in order to dry. This also makes for an excellent party decoration.
Once the handprint craft is completely dry, place it in a painted frame from the Decorated Frames craft. Then hang it up as a party decoration or keep it as a souvenir of your special day.
