Cut the cardboard into a rectangular shape that spans the top half of your child's back.

Hot glue two strips of webbing to the cardboard to serve as arm straps.

Paint your 2-liter bottles silver, then let them dry.

Cut out two red and one orange "flames" of felt.

Glue the flames into the spouts of the bottles.

Glue the bottles onto the cardboard.
