Coffee Filter Holiday Garland

Paint the coffee filters with watercolor paints. You can use paintbrushes for this step or paint droppers, depending on what your kids like and the effect you'd like to create. Liquid watercolors work especially well, but you can also use watercolor paints from the traditional cakes or from tubes.
Let dry.
Fold the coffee filters in half, creasing the edge.
Arrange the coffee filters along the ribbon. Glue the two sides of the coffee filters together.
Display and enjoy!
