Roll out the kraft paper.

Squeeze paint onto a plate.

Roll car wheels in the paint.

Roll car onto the kraft paper.

Set paper aside and let the paint dry.

Make as much wrapping paper as you need, and then use it to wrap your presents! You can add finishing touches like bows and ribbon.
