Leaf Napkin Ring

Thanksgiving is a time for sharing delicious food and thankful thoughts with family and friends. In the episode "A Fairy Thanksgiving," Pinkalicous and Peter help Fairyanna prepare dinner and set the table for a delicious fairy feast. Everything tastes great and the table looks beautiful for the fairies' Thanksgiving celebration.
You can add a special decoration to your Thanksgiving table too by making fall leaf napkin rings. This easy project uses just a few supplies and looks great on your table. It could even become a fun pre-Thanksgiving dinner tradition for the whole family.
Materials
Directions
Cut a paper towel roll into approximately 2'' rings.

Lay index cards on a covered surface. Draw leaf shapes on them with the white crayon.

Paint over each index card with Tempera paint. Use different colors to add variety to the project.

Allow the painted index cards to dry. You will see the outline of each leaf appear!

Once the index cards are completely dry, cut out around the edges of each leaf.

Glue each leaf onto one of the rings that you cut from the paper towel in the first step.

Pull napkins through the leaf napkin rings and help set the table! Happy Thanksgiving!
