Have a blast with this DIY rocket! Construct a rocket out of recycled items and household materials, then count down to your very own liftoff and fly around!

Cut out a triangle from the cardboard with a curved bottom edge.

Staple the triangle into a cone shape.

Tape the cone to the closed end of a cylinder container.

Cover everything in foil.

Design doors and windows for your rocket.

Glue the doors and windows onto the rocket.

Clip four clothespins to the bottom of the cylinder.

Stuff tissue paper in the bottom.

Cut out two wings from cardboard. Cover them in foil and then glue them to the body of the rocket.
