Easy Shamrock Jewelry

Make some shamrock jewelry and get festive this St. Patrick's Day.
Materials
Directions
Draw shamrocks on the green foam, card stock, or paper. Shamrocks have 3 heart-shaped leaves. Cut out the shamrocks and punch two holes in the top leaves.
Decorate the shamrocks with lucky charms by placing dots of glue on them and adding gems. Allow the glue to dry. If you do not have gems, you can sprinkle glitter on the glue drops or use a bright-colored marker to create your own.
Cut the straws so that you have "beads" that are about 2" long. These will be used to separate the shamrocks on the necklace.
Cut the yarn so that it's long enough to fit over your child's neck and can hold all the shamrocks. Wrap tape around the ends of the yarn to help with threading it through the straws.
Alternate threading straws and shamrocks onto the yarn.
Tie the yarn in a bow when you're done. Now the shamrock jewelry is ready to wear!
