Share the book Weddings by Ann Morris with your child so he can learn about different wedding traditions.

Ask your child to share what they know about their own family traditions. For example: Who performs the wedding ceremony? What do the bride and groom wear? If possible also discuss any wedding events your children have attended.

Make props (such as a ring and pillow for the ring bearer, a broom for broom jumping, etc). Provide different types of music for dancing. Your child will enjoy the “celebration” while learning about traditions.
