Party Poppers
Create your own DIY party "crackers" and spice up any Christmas or New Year's celebration.
Materials
Directions
Fill your tube with all the goodies, then put a small piece of tape over each opening to prevent them from falling out.
Cut your tissue paper to your desired size, so that you can cover the popper completely.
Wrap the roll in tissue paper, then place the cracker snap on the outside of the roll. Note: The cracker snaps better if it is between the tissue paper and the card stock.
Cut your card stock to the length of your roll, then attach it to the outside. Glue or tape it shut so that it stays on.
Tie the ends of your roll off with coordinating ribbon.
Throw a fun party so you can use them! Homemade party poppers are great for Christmas, New Year's or the Fourth of July.
