Masked Veggies

You want to make sure that your child’s birthday party is hee-hawesome and healthy. That means having fresh snacks! Veggies are a great option, and can give kids a chance to try something new! When the snacks are presented as their favorite Donkey Hodie gameshow, guests might just want to be the next contestant on the Masked Veggies!
When Donkey Hodie’s best pal Purple Panda competes on Gameshow Gator’s Masked Veggies game he has to guess what veggie is hidden under a little costume! Bring the game to life during your child’s Donkey Hodie birthday party with this masked veggie cup snack.
Materials
Directions
Wash and cut your vegetables into bite-sized serving pieces.

Next, create masks for your veggie snack cups! Print and cut out masks using the provided template.

Use tape to attach the masks around each cup. Note: For best results, make sure that the masks are taped to the cup as they are displayed in the template (and not turned upside down).

Fill each cup with a variety of sliced veggies.

With the veggies disguised, have your child and their friends try to guess the different vegetables behind the mask.

Optional: Include salad dressing, hummus, or veggie dip on the party table.
We hope you had fun together! Snap a photo of you and your child doing the activity and share it with us on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. We’d love to see how it turned out!
