Veggie Trolleys

Craft a healthy and fun snack with this vegetable trolley recipe.

Directions
Cut your carrots to about 2.5 inches in length and slice them lengthwise into thirds.

Slice your cucumber in half lengthwise

Cut four ‘wheels’ out of your radish.

Stick a toothpick into each end of your sliced carrots

Stick one toothpick end of your carrots into the middle, center on one slice of cucumber and repeat with the remaining two carrots, forming the trolley ‘rails’.

Add the remaining slice of cucumber to the top of your ‘trolley’.

Place all four radish ‘wheels’ into the sides of your bottom cucumber slice and you are ready to roll!
