Michael D. Anderson
is senior minister at Westminster Presbyterian Church
in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and he is a member of the Commission on Public
Representation for the National Institutes of Health, a board of advisors to
the director. A visiting professor at the University of Oklahoma, he also
serves as the chairman of the grants committee of the Presbyterian Health
Foundation, which funds medical research. A prolific author, Reverend Anderson
has written three books and more than one hundred essays and feature articles
for church publications. He graduated from San Francisco Theological Seminary
and received a Ph.D. from the University of Edinburgh.
