Charles M. Cutler, M.D. has over 20 years experience in managed care and is currently the Chief Medical Officer for the American Association of Health Plans. Early in his career Dr. Cutler joined Rhode Island Group Health Association, a staff model HMO. Years later, as acting President, he negotiated its merger with Harvard Community Health Plan. Dr. Cutler has served as Vice President of Medical Services at Prudential HealthCare, and as President of the Prudential Center for Health Care Research.
