Rachel Mont, a senior at Pottsville High School in Pennsylvania, was diagnosed with asthma in middle school. Despite her chronic illness, she has excelled in school on many levels. She ranks first in her class of 281 students. She is Editor-in-Chief of Tidelines, the high school newspaper and has a two-year letter in varsity Cross Country.
