Corps Investigates Levee Breaches
The Army Corps of
Engineers has launched an independent investigation into the levee breaches in
New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina in an unprecedented effort to learn why
the structures failed. Correspondent Betty Ann Bowser reports on the levee failures
and what the Army Corps plans to do in response.
