Final Prep for the Democratic National Convention

Monday was a busy day in Charlotte, N.C., the eve of the start of the Democratic National Convention. There was the Charlotte Labor Day Parade, CarolinaFest and final preparations at the Time Warner Cable Arena, where first lady Michelle Obama performed her soundcheck.
