Help foster awareness of child marriage and the possible strategies for preventing it by organizing a screening of "Child Brides: Stolen Lives." Ideal audiences range from small to large, from your book group to a function at your high school or college. If you're interested in hosting a screening, NOW on PBS will send you a free screening packet that includes:

  • the DVD
  • a one-page screening guide with talking points
  • a facilitator's guide for longer discussion
  • an action guide
  • a poster for publicizing the event

Depending on the size and location of your screening and her schedule, NOW Senior Correspondent Maria Hinojosa may be able to attend your screening as a guest speaker. For more information on hosting a screening or to request a screening packet, please contact Alexandra Budabin (budabina (at) thirteen.org)
