Patricia Sosa is the director of constituency relations at the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids. In this capacity she oversees all community outreach on important health initiatives, including working to insure that children grow up to avoid the health-risks associated with tobacco use.

Prior to her tenure with the Campaign, Sosa served as director of the intergovernmental division of the administration for children and families at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. She also served as legislative director for Congressman Jaime Fuster from Puerto Rico and as a senior policy analyst at the National Commission on AIDS. In 1993, she joined the Clinton administration as director of public outreach for the President's Welfare Reform Working Group. In that capacity she worked with hundreds of nongovernmental organizations, organized labor and the business community to help develop consensus for the administration's 1994 welfare reform proposal.
