I agree with you but in order to have beef and milk produced only on grass, US and Europe will have to lift their tariff and non-tariff barriers to Brazil, the only country that can significantly increase the beef and dairy production on grass (it can more than triple its actual production just using more technology without cutting any tree down). Since you first howed this program, it looks as though Dale Lasater of The LASATER RANCH has had to sell off, or is attempting to sell off a lot of his grazing acres to real estate developers! HELP PLEASE!
Go back to the Ranch and spend some more time with Dale. They had a horrible couple of years due to severe snow storms- maybe that broke Dale’s spirit. But ever since you recently showcased that crappy corn slop being fed to almost all feedlot cattle and others, everybody is talking about it!! WE DON’T WANT GARBAGE CORN FED TO BEEF AND WE’RE ALL CHECKING ALL LABELS FOR HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP NOW!!!!! IT’S A HOT ISSUE NOW – DON’T LET IT FIZZLE OUT PLEASE! THE EXCELLENT REASONS FOR BUYING THE SUPERIOR LASATER BEEF YOU TOLD US ABOUT A FEW YEARS AGO STILL HOLD TRUE, BUT NOW, YOU COULD HELP FUEL TO THE FIRE FOR FOLKS TO DEMAND PURE EXCELLENT BEEF FROM THE LASATER’S TO ENSURE THEY’RE NOT EATING CRAP CORN FED CATTLE. I SPENT THE WHOLE SUMMER OF 1969 AT THE LASATER RANCH AT THE AGE OF 17 WITH DALE’S YOUNGER BROTHER ALAN. I KNOW THAT LAND HOW THEY RESPECTED. TOM LASATER WAS AN AMAZING CATTLE MAN AND BREEDER. FOR PEOPLE THE RANCH WAS DESOLATE AND ISOLATED SOME 80 MILES EAST OF DENVER. I CAN EVEN BARE TO IMAGINE DALE HAVING TO SELL OFF THAT PRAIRIE LAND FOR PEOPLE TO BUILD HOUSES ON! PLEASE AT LEAST TRY TO SAVE THE LASATER BEEF AND THE LAND IT GRAZES ON. SHOW THE PEOPLE WHO MUCH THIS SUCKS PLEASE! BUILDING HOUSES IN BLEEK MATHESON, COLORADO, MINIMAL WATER – KILL CATTLE BY TAKING AWAY ALL THE WATER, FRESH AIR – IT WOULD BE AS REDICULOUS AS BUILDING LAS VEGAS IN A DRIED UP DESERT. FOR GOD’S SAKE AMERICANS ARE FINALLY GETTING REALLY PISSED OFF ABOUT BEING FORCED TO EAT TOXIC FOOD. WESTERN EUROPE DOESN’T SEEM TO HAVE A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH THIS. YOU CAN GET FREE RANGE, NON-TOXIC MEAT EVERWHERE THERE.
