		<description>PBS:

I am writing to you today to inform you about The Animal Spot, our new website located at www.theanimalspot.com. On the site we have a variety of features to assist students of various age groups in researching animals from around the world. These features include:

An interactive map on the homepage where students can locate animals by continent
An “Animal Photos” section where teachers or students can download photos for use in classrooms, reports or other types of activities. All of the animal photos have been taken by members of The Animal Spot and are available to teachers and students at no cost.
Information and photos about different classes and phyla within The Animal Kingdom.
Activities for students of younger ages, including word searches and coloring pages

The number one goal of our site is to inform with accuracy. We will always strive to provide the most accurate information available. Our second goal is to increase traffic to our site, so that we can eventually assist animals in need, here and around the world.

If you have any questions, comments, or requests, please do not hesitate to email us. We hope that you will visit and enjoy our site, and we look forward to seeing you there.

Best Regards,
