I did not see the show but reading this brings a smile to my face and breaks my heart. Such beautiful creatures and so intelligent, it is a shame that humans interfere in their environment and tradition. I hope being educated can help their survival!!

I have loved turtles of all kinds since I was 13,I am now 43.I loved the show, but I am saddened that the Turtles are still dying off.I recently had taken my family to the Atlanta GA.Aquarium and was disappointed that all that had was 1 Turtle. My granddaughter is 1,and one of her first words was Turtle.I have watched the show with her,my 8 year old son who also loves sharks, loves it.Keep up the good work and know that there are so many of us who love to travel along with your crewson the many trips and voyages you film and allow us to see on PBS.The Austin's

I found the sea turtle program both moving and frightening, the latter mostly because of the impact of the fishing industry. The struggle of the lone sea turtle (and others) to survive I found heart wrenching. I plan to inform myself more about the plight of the sea turtles and to find out how I can get involved.
