Episode 6: Mix It Up

Watch what happens when the five remaining cooks have to swap recipes and prepare each other’s dishes. Then, each must wow the judges with an original fusion dish that represents their own uniquely American story.

Taking the theme of “Fusion,” in the first round, the cooks are surprised with a major twist. They must swap recipes with a fellow competitor and they have 60 minutes to prepare the dish. Their new dishes are presented to judges Graham Elliot, Tiffany Derry, and Leah Cohen for their critiques. In the second round of competition, the cooks have 90 minutes to fuse two of their favorite recipes into one dish to share with the panel of judges.
