Ingredients
- 4–7 oz smoked Alaskan salmon, flake
- ½ cup sour cream or mayonnaise
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp dried dill, or 3 tbsp fresh dill
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- A dash of Tabasco sauce (optional)

Instructions
-
In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sour cream (or mayonnaise) until smooth.
-
Gently flake the smoked salmon with a fork. For a chunkier spread, leave some larger pieces, or use a food processor for a smoother consistency.
-
Add the salmon, green onions, lemon juice, dill to the cream cheese mixture.
-
Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Add a dash of Tabasco and season with salt and pepper to your preference.
-
Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours to allow the flavors to meld and the spread to firm up.
-
Serve chilled with crackers, crostini, or vegetable sticks.
