U.S. and Russia create joint plan to defeat ISIS

The U.S. and Russia have embarked on a new plan to end Syria’s civil war that calls for a ceasefire in the country that will take effect Monday. If the truce lasts for a week, the U.S. and Russia will join forces to attack terrorist organizations including the Islamic State.
