Probe inconclusive on Virginia governor’s racist yearbook pic

Investigators on behalf of Eastern Virginia Medical School said they couldn't "conclusively determine" the identities of either person in the 35-year-old photo.

Probe of racist photo on Virginia governor’s yearbook page completed

Eastern Virginia Medical School announced it is planning a news conference and will make a written report of the investigation public. The school gave no details about what the investigation found.
