Make Your Own Witch Hat

Trace a round shape about 8" wide onto cardboard from a cereal box.

Cut the circle out.

Place the birthday hat on top of the circle in the center.

Trace the bottom of the birthday hat onto the circle.

Draw lines to make tabs along the edge.

Cut out the center. Then, cut the lines.

Set the birthday hat on top of the circle. Then, glue the tabs to the inside of the hat.

Paint the finished hat black.

Tie green yarn strands around the base of the hat into a loose knot.

Use hot glue to affix the yarn to the base of the hat.
