Rabbit Snack Cups

Elinor and her friends love to eat snacks from the garden. These rabbit food cups are filled with the goodies you’d find in a garden patch — carrots, snap peas, and hummus!
These individual rabbit snack cups are a great snack to eat after school or at a party! They can be made ahead of time and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. We used Everything Bagel crackers, but any of your favorite crackers will do!

Directions
Fill the bottom of each plastic cup with ¼ cup hummus.

Place 2 crackers standing up in each cup with the bottom resting in the hummus.

Add 3 to 4 carrot sticks to each cup by pressing them into the hummus next to crackers.

Finally, place 3 snap pea pods in front of the crackers. Offset each of the vegetables a little bit. Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve and enjoy!

Veggies are everyone’s favorite refreshment with these Rabbit Snack Cups. They’re the perfect healthy treat at this “Elinor Wonders Why” birthday party!
