Ahmet always acknowledged that the person who really had the "ear" in the very early days was my Uncle Herb - to the point where Ahmet kept in close touch with Herb's second wife Barbra until his death. Barbra has many fascinating stories (and memorabilia) - she and Herb had another lable, A-1 sound after Atlantic. Anyway, I just wanted to put in my 2 cents...
