Now is the time to exercise! Exercise takes you to a place of mindful peace from the daily grind. The power of exercise desecrates gluttony. It mandates a healthy lifestyle in all aspects of life. Exercise is a motivator, stimulator, promotor, encourager for all things good. It builds energy, strength, focus, community, friendship, and comradery. It can be done at home, outside or in the gym. People who exercise are often happier and better-natured. Exercise brings the humor out in people. What is more fun than seeing the diver loose his shorts on the way in the water. Exercise comes in different forms. There are runners, bikers, swimmers, hikers, climbers. Exercise makes you strong and keeps you young; I am 61 years old. Exercise makes you mindful of so many things.
