East Kentucky Flood

This film, created by the Center for Rural Strategies in Whitesburg, chronicles many of the stories that emerged from the catastrophic flooding in Eastern Kentucky in 2022. The program highlights local acts of courage and resilience, showing how neighbors and communities came together to lift one another up in the face of devastating loss.
