The First Amendment of the United States Constitution provides citizens with five basic freedoms. Among those basic freedoms are the protections of free speech and of the press, which serve as cornerstones of our democracy. The V.I. Bar Foundation and the V.I. Bar Association tackle these issues in a panel discussion as part of its first annual Community Outreach programs.
