Priced Out

The Cascade PBS Investigative team examines the practices of mobile home park ownership group Hurst & Son in Washington state. Residents say sudden increases in rent, and cuts to maintenance have made it difficult to continue to afford their homes. This short documentary follows the ensuing tenant organizing efforts, and examines the effectiveness of legal protections for residents.
