Recharged: The Art of Creative Renewal

In 1999 the Lilly Endowment Inc. and the Arts Council of Indianapolis took an innovative step to try to retain members of the city's creative class. The collaboration launched the Creative Renewal Arts Fellowship program, designed to recharge the spirits of artists and arts administrators.
