Arizona Governor Doug Ducey is calling state lawmakers into special session to deal with the state’s opioid crisis. Lawmakers will be working on a plan to attack the drug crisis on a number of levels. Circle the City, which provides healthcare to the homeless, has been designated to succeed the Maricopa County Department of Public Health in providing county-wide health care for the homeless.
