Governor John Bel Edwards addresses the Louisiana Legislature at the opening of the regular session, Monday – April 12 at 6pm on LPB-HD and on WLAE-TV & WYES-TV in New Orleans. Governor Edwards will address members of the legislature from the campus of Southern University in Baton Rouge. André Moreau & Barry Erwin provide coverage of the session.
